NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. CONTEST IS OPEN ONLY TO CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA (excluding the Province of Quebec, the states of New York and Florida and any other jurisdiction prohibiting such promotions) AGE 18 OR OLDER

(1) ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to current residents of the United States and Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec, the states of New York and Florida, US Territories and any other jurisdiction prohibiting such promotions) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry ('Entrants”). Employees, independent contractors, officers, and directors of Sponsor, DreamWorks Animation Licensing, LLC or The Boeing Company or their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, legal advisors, and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of such persons are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Residents of jurisdictions prohibiting such promotions should consider this offer void.

(2) TIMING: The Contest (the 'Contest') opens July 27, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time and ends August 26, 2016 at 11:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time. The Hainan Airlines computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest. The winner will be selected and notified with in fifteen (15) business days after the Contest closes.

(4) AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in this Contest constitutes entrant's full unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Official Rules and all the decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions are final.

(5) HOW TO ENTER: [Describe entry process] To enter the contest, Entrants must log onto www.hainanairlines.com and click of the Design Your Own Livery banner, provide their name, contact information and age, agree to these Official Rules, the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, select Kung Fu Panda artwork from the images offered and use the image to design the exterior of a Hainan Boeing 787-9 aircraft. Once the design is finished, click 'Upload” to submit the design to the Contest. Design entries must be uploaded between 9:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time on July 27, 3016 and 11:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight/ time on August 26, 2016. Only one entry per person is permitted. We must receive your entry no later than 11:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time on August 26, 2016. Late, incorrect, incomplete, illegible/unintelligible entries or those with unverifiable age or contact information are not eligible. Eligible entries will be posted on hainanairlines.com.

(6) REQUIREMENTS: Each submitted Entry must contain at least one image of a Kung Fu Panda from those offered, the Hainan logo, the Boeing Dreamliner logo. Entries must be original and must not incorporate or include any material owned by a third party or that violates any proprietary or privacy rights of any third party. Entries may not contain defamatory, sexually suggestive, obscene, threatening or illegal content and must be free of depiction of use of drugs, alcohol, violence or disparaging or inappropriate language. Entries cannot contain, depict or endorse any form of political statement, hate or hate group or terrorist activity, animal cruelty, or discriminate on the basis of race, religion, creed, national origin, disability, handicap, age, gender sexual orientation or any other basis prohibited by law. Failure to meet the Contest Requirements, as determined by Hainan Airlines in its sole discretion, shall render the entry ineligible and may subject the Entrant to liability in accordance with the indemnification obligations below.

(7) USE OF SUBMISSION; ENTRANT'S AGREEMENTS AND REPRESENTATIONS; By submitting an entry, each Entrant grants to Sponsor and DreamWorks Animation Licensing, LLC a non-exclusive, perpetual license to print, re-print, publish, sell and otherwise exploit his/her entry on or in any Hainan Airlines or DreamWorks equipment or product, and in any marketing and publicity in connection therewith; and to use his/her name, photograph, and likeness without any claim to further compensation, except where prohibited without compensation to the Entrant. Entrant also agrees that he/she shall have no claim (including, without limitation, claims based on invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity) arising out of any use of his/her name, address (city and state only) and approved biographical information by Sponsor. Entrant represents and warrants that Entrant has the full right and authority to enter the Contest and to grant the rights granted herein and that Entrant's agreement to the terms hereof does not conflict with any existing commitment on Entrant's part.

(8) JUDGING: At the end of the contest period, and assuming a sufficient number of submissions are received, a panel of judges consisting of representatives of Hainan Airlines and DreamWorks Animation Licensing, LLC will select one winner. The determination of the winner will be at the sole discretion of the panel of judges and will be based on the following criteria: creativity (XX%), originality (XX%), humor (XX%), reflection of Chinese culture (XX%), other?(XX%). (10) SELECTION OF WINNER: The winner will be selected within 10 business days following the close of the Contest. Odds of winning a prize are based on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email, at which time a full address, certification of eligibility, and properly completed U.S. Federal W-9 form will be required for fulfillment of the prize. (11) CLAIMING PRIZES: Winner will have 5 days from notification to accept the prize by replying to notification e-mail. All taxes on prizes, including income taxes, and any incidental expenses associated with collection of a prize are the responsibility of the winner. (14) RELEASE: By participating, each Entrant agrees to release and hold Sponsor and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest or resulting from entrant's participation, acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

(15) LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor, its agents and representatives, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries; (ii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (iii) any printing, programming or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest or technical, computer, network or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the announcement of the winner; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Contest process; (v) any unauthorized third party use of any entry information; or (vi) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Contest. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO USE, COPY, DOWNLOAD, OR OTHERWISE REPRODUCE ANY KUNG FU PANDA IMAGE AVAILABLE AS PART OF THIS CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

(17) DISPUTES: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction other than the State of California. (18) WINNER LIST REQUESTS: Hainan Airlines will post the winner's name and design on www.hainanairlines.com Any legally required list of winners may be obtained by sending an e-mail with the subject line: 'Hainan Airlines DYOL Contest Winner List Request' to [EMAIL]. All such requests must be received within six (6) weeks after the end date of the Contest.

(19) ENTRANT PERSONAL INFORMATION PRIVACY STATEMENT: Information collected from each Entrant is subject to the Hainan Airlines Privacy Policy available at airplane.html.
